You may not spend much time thinking or talking about it, but the Christian Faith includes the affirmation that Jesus was a teenager! Jesus tells us that when we love others in His name, we're showing love to Him. And Jesus wants us to reach ALL God's children with His overwhelming and amazing love that transforms our lives.
Bible Study - On Sunday Mornings from 9:30 -10:20 we meet in the Youth Room to study and share God’s word. Then we all attend worship, often sitting together in the front South side of the auditorium.
Service – It’s important that we do things for others. On a regular basis we get a chance as small or large groups to reach out to those around us - our peers and others, and show them some kindness as a way to experience and show God's love.
Fun - Jesus loved a good party, and so do we. Whether here, at someone's home, in the community or at camp, we love to laugh and play, again as a way to experience and show God's love.
Support - Being a teenager can be tough. (Being a human is tough, who are we kidding!) We try to be here for each other, and when we need an adult to encourage and counsel us, they are around too.
Grow - Just like we have to get the right kind of rest, exercise, and food to be healthy, our spirits need to be nourished too. This happens in all the things we do as watchers and followers of Jesus, and the closer we get to Him, the healthier we'll be.
